Reia

I started working with Reia during my youngest daughter’s nap times and it always felt more like a welcome respite than work. Their mission is simple – to eliminate single-use plastic from our daily rituals with refillable hand and body care. Celia & Sophie, the founders, are as much of a dream to work with as their beautiful brand is and I love everything they stand for which has made writing for them an absolute pleasure.

Striking the right tone

When I came to work with Reia, they had already developed a really beautiful brand identity but felt that their tone of voice wasn’t quite defined or consistent. Together, we worked on creating a tone that felt authentic, elevated and engaging.

Sustainability is at the forefront of the brand, so communicating this in an engaging and interesting way was key. We considered the tone for every single piece of communication – from social posts and emails right through to packaging.
